I’ve been in lingerie design for over 25 years. My journey started designing for UK high street brands before launching Vanjo, my own independent lingerie label—becoming the first D+ cup brand stocked in Topshop. I handmade every single piece for that first order (yes, every single one!).

1. How do I know which package is right for me?
If you just need quick clarity, start with the Clarity Call (£175).
If you want accountability while working with suppliers or factories, the Momentum Package (£495) is perfect.
If you want me by your side throughout your whole journey, the Growth Mentorship (£900) is best.

2. What happens after I book?
You’ll receive a welcome email with a link to schedule your first call. We’ll also set up how you’d like to stay in touch for ongoing support (email, messaging, etc.).

3. How does the messaging support work?
You’ll be able to message me anytime during your package timeframe with questions, updates, or things you’d like feedback on. I’ll reply within 24–48 hours (faster for premium clients).

4. Can I spread out my sessions?
Yes — the calls are flexible. Many clients spread them out while waiting on factories or suppliers. Packages are designed to give you the time you need.

5. Is there homework or prep?
Not formal homework — but I may ask you to gather information, sketches, or ideas before our call so we can get the most out of our time together.

6. Do you work with complete beginners?
Yes! Whether you’re just starting out or already working with factories, I’ll meet you where you are. Many of my clients come to me with only an idea and leave with a clear, actionable plan.

7. What if I need more support later?
No problem — you can always upgrade to a bigger package or add extra sessions if you find you want more support along the way.

8. Do you offer refunds?
Because this is a personalised service, I don’t offer refunds once we begin. But if you’re unsure, start with a Clarity Call — it’s a great way to test the waters.
