Books usually get posted out within one-to-two days of ordering.  If it's been ridiculously busy and we're waiting for the publishers to send some more to us. We will let you know or order straight from the publishers for them to send directly to you.

We do ship worldwide. We use Royal Mail 24 hour service and unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. If you do think an item has been lost in the post please contact us. 

With E-books, design sheets and patterns, after ordering a link will be sent straight to your inbox, where by you can download your purchase straight away.

How much is shipping?

Within the UK: £3.50

Europe: £9.50

Rest of the World: £15.50

It doesn't matter how many books you order,  you won't be stung on the extra weight of the books, we will absorb that cost.

CUSTOMS & TAX CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL POST

Your order may be subject to customs or import duties which are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please note unfortunately, we have no control over the customs and tax charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
