There are two (or three on the G-string) simple changes to your brief pattern you need to make to transform your brief pattern to a G-string pattern. Simply chopping away the back doesn’t work. This course shows you exactly the changes to make, with detailed pattern pictures showing before and after alterations to the pattern.
I show you on video and images in the course how this is done with the actual measurements on how much you should be altering your pattern by so you know exactly what to do and get the perfect fit. You will also be supplied with the measurements for the back and side string of the G-string.
I have been designing lingerie and pattern making for over twenty years, and from high streets stores to designer brands, this is the method I always use when designing a thong/G-string to get it through fits quicker. You do not need to start from square one each time.
I also show you examples of a G-string in different types of fabrics so you can see the mesh G-string is a different shape than the tulle G-string.
